We are situated on the outskirts of a small country village, 2 miles from the New Forest National Park and 4 miles from the town of Lymington with its quay, marinas and ferry link to the Isle of Wight.  Our village has a well stocked shop/post office along with a modern pub serving excellent food.  Acacia Cottage is located in a quiet country lane directly opposite woodland with plenty of off-street parking.

 

We are a Non-Smoking B&B.

We have two light and airy upstairs bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin with an adjacent private bathroom.  Both rooms have  TV and hot drink-making facilities. Both rooms have been recently redecorated and refurbished. We also have a Wi-Fi  facility.
